These terms govern your use of ThatDesignUI (“the service”). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

What ThatDesignUI is

ThatDesignUI is a browsable reference catalog of real UI Screens, Components, and Flows captured from live, shipped products, organized for designers, founders, and engineers. It’s a reference and pattern library, not a design tool, and not a marketplace for user-uploaded content — every catalog item is curated and published editorially.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your password secure.
• You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Every account is currently on the free tier. Paid plans are not yet available — when they launch, these terms will be updated with the specifics (billing, cancellation, refunds) before that happens.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract the catalog outside normal use of the site.
• Attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with the service’s operation or security.
• Use the service for anything unlawful, or to misrepresent your identity.
• Republish or redistribute catalog content as if it were your own design work.

Intellectual property

ThatDesignUI’s own site, curation, and editorial content are owned by ThatDesignUI. Catalog items are real captures from third-party products, shown for reference and educational purposes — rights to the original designs remain with the products they were captured from, not with ThatDesignUI. Product and company names shown in the catalog are trademarks of their respective owners; their appearance here doesn’t imply any affiliation or endorsement. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the catalog is error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ThatDesignUI isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time via our Contact page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of ThatDesignUI after a change means you accept the updated terms.
